Bruce Masse ~ Los Alamos, NM
Gosh, 30 years since my last reunion with you all.  Much to catch up on!  Some tidbits
for starters.

Married 1971, divorced 1981.  Son Jeffrey Alan is currently in the Ph.D program at the
Univ. of Washington.

Anthropology/Archaeology degrees from Stanford (B.A., 1971); Arizona (M.A. 1976);
and Southern Illinois at Carbondale (Ph.D. 1990).

Have worked for the Arizona State Museum, National Park Service, and private cultural
resources management contract firms (variously, 1973-1988); Hawaii State Historic
Preservation Office (1988-1989); Pacific area archaeologist (Hawaii, Japan, Okinawa,
South Korea, Mariana Islands) for the Navy based in Pearl Harbor, HI (1990-1994); Air
Force cultural resources program manager for the 2.7 million acre Barry Goldwater
training range in SW Arizona, based at Luke AFB in Glendale, AZ (1995-1999); and
archaeologist and jack of all environmental compliance trades for Los Alamos National
Laboratory, NM (1999-present).

Have lived in the San Francisco Peninsula (Palo Alto & Menlo Park); Tucson &
Glendale, AZ; Carbondale, IL; Dunedin, New Zealand; Honolulu & Kailua, HI; and Los
Alamos, NM.

Professional interest and numerous publications in environmental and public
archaeology, geological sciences, climate change, mythology, traditional cultural
astronomies, and impacts on Earth by comets & asteroids. Co-founded (in 2004) the
"Holocene Impact Working Group" to be featured later this year on the History and
National Geographic Channels.

Hmmmm!  Obviously too much work and not enough "fun", which is why I am greatly
looking forward to seeing you all !!!
