Annette Lux Hubbell ~ Poway, CA
I left you guys mid-year in our Senior year so I could get a jump start on my college
education. Well, I left SDSU with just a semester to go - didn't go back to get that
degree until 8 years later. Hey at least I got it! Many years later I received an MBA
from California State University San Marcos. Have been married for 22 years to Monte -
he's my hero! We have a daughter Amy who just got married in September. It was on
the Queen Mary in Long Beach and it was a sight to behold! I have worked in the public
and private sectors - have done everything from selling beer to working for politicians .
I got into the water business in 1995 - am now the General Manager at the Rincon del
Diablo Municipal Water District in Escondido (we live in Poway). But February 1st is my
last day! Am entering a "permanent sabbatical" to enjoy life with Monte, whose been
retired for 5 years. We're going to do some traveling, volunteer work, and who knows
what else.
